Terms of payment

All orders will be approved by Sylvamo. If you have a marketing pot, the total amount of your order will be redrawn from the marketing pot. If your order is not covered by the marketing pot, an invoice will be sent to the address stored in your profile. Contact wim.dootselaere@sylvamo.com if you have any questions regarding your marketing pot. No freight or handling fee is charged, these are subsidized by MultiCopy.

If purchase as a company within Sylvamo group a freight charge will be added to your order in the shopping basket. The freight charge is based on the total weight of the order. All invoices will be presented in Euro or Svenska kronor, payment 30 days net. Brandon reserve the right to alter the prices when necessary and without prior notice.

Private purchase

You are welcome to order products for private use, when entering the Profile Shop you need to choose customer type "Private". All prices are stated included Swedish VAT. A freight charge will be added to your order in the shopping basket. The freight charge is based on the total weight of the order.
You can pay with your credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard and your payment is secured by PayEx. The card number is sent through a strongly encrypted connection directly to the bank. The merchant does not have access to any information about the card or your bank account. The PayEx server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions.

Deliveries

All goods are shipped from Brandons warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden, to requested delivery address. Pls note, Private or PO box address is not accepted as a delivery address. Contact multicopy@brandoncompany.com if you have any questions regarding your delivery address.

Standard delivery:
Normal delivery time is 1-4 work days due to destination.

Shipment tracking
Detailed delivery information about your order is shown under My account -> Orders. At this page you find all information about your orders such as status, tracking number etc.

Products out of stock

If you have a large order, please submit it well in advance of the date when the products are needed. Current delivery time to Warehouse is shown on the productpage at "Availibility". Please notice that you can get a reminder e-mail when a product has arrived to warehouse and is available for ordering, just hold your mouse over the black truck icon shown on the product page at "Availability" -> “Click here to be notified when this comes in stock.”

Exchange / Claim

All products are exclusively produced for MultiCopy by Brandon, which means that all orders are binding and the customer has no right to return a flawless product. If you wish to change to another size, please return the product within 14 days after receiving your order, in undamaged original packaging together with the return form. Customer shall cover the costs for returning the goods. The return form should include:

Public Holidays

Note that there will be no deliveries or transactions made from Brandon warehouse in Sweden on Swedish public holidays. During these days orders can be placed, but no order processing or customer support will be available.
